RUSH ORDERS
If you need a piece quickly, please reach out to us at info@atelierjornee.com before placing an order. We would try our best to accommodate rush orders with a rush fee and suggest rush shipping. We are not liable to the delay caused by external factors like late deliveries from couriers.
TAX
Each country has different import laws. Customers are subject to taxes and duties. If an order is returned to Atelier Jornee because the customer did not accept taxes/duties, there will be no refund for the product and we are not responsible for receiving or resending such parcel.
